Fairly pricey for what you’re getting, and done better in my opinion in other places in Sydney. Went once and did not go back for other menu items Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Wagyu Beef, Roll, Tempura

The sashimi and nigiri at SUISHIN are some of the best that I have had in Sydney and Japan. The salmon sashimi tasted great and the tuna had a melt in your mouth flavour. Wasabi and soy sauce were also perfectly balanced. The nigiri was perfectly portioned, and the rice worked really well with the nigiri. The aburi was great as well. Everything was really fresh. We also had the kaarage chicken which was delicious as well. Perfectly crispy and juicy. Service was welcoming, and you can tell it's a local gem. Lovely vibes were had. A true local gem for Japanese cusine. Like their katsu and Tonkotsu/seafood ramen. Best is their lunch special set if it's still on.
I'm a regular customer and they picked up the pace and hired a proper Japanese staff who can serve in Japanese finally. The owner is head chef and he also speaks fluent Japanese. I visit regularly for lunch or dinner, average serve time was less than 10mins. Their menu has several Vegan options also, ask them for recommendation if you are Vegan. My wife is Vegan and she has her fav menu.
All the staff are friendly, the interior and lightings match well with the mood of this local gem.

Finding car park spot can take another 5mins.
