I come here once a week to enjoy craft beer and good company. It’s hard to find that combination in the countryside, so I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Akita City. The owner is very nice and easy to talk to (in English as well) and the bartenders are the same. The food is some of the best I have had, and the time I spend there is unforgettable. To anyone visiting or living in Akita City, come to Summit, order a fish and chips, and enjoy delicious craft beer.
