After 7 years of eating low quality sushi in Cyprus we had finally found our “the one.” the one that knows how to roll properly, the one that had temaki, the one that uses so much fish so skilfully in their creations that even Japanese chefs (from my experience) can learn something, the one that knows how to cook and season perfect rice that compliments the exceptional quality fish, the one that always delivers on time and gives the utter pleasure of consuming the freshest sushi this island and city may offer. Your sushi is art. Thank you so much for your work and may you prosper further. Honestly, the first time we ordered from a shop called “Sushi Star,” we did not expect anything much. But after opening that magic black box, we had fallen in love with you.
