After enjoying Batcolumn, it may be a nice idea to visit this steakhouse. The key aspect of SUSU is the Mediterranean cuisine. It's a pleasant experience to taste nicely cooked octopus, hummus and wagyu steaks. The unique characteristic of this place is serving tasty baklava.

Great Mediterranean / Asian steakhouse. Excellent Wagyu steaks well prepared and served sliced to table with toppings which were great, but steak was even perfect without them. Very hip, somewhat comical front check in with hostess; but service was outstanding with very attentive and helpful waitstaff, really went out of their way for birthday celebration for wife. The cold mezze appetizers were good with spreads and hummus and Wagyu tartare, but the hot Mezze appetizers were even better and were served along with main courses as the servings were large enough to share. The lobster gyoza was unique and tasty, as well as the Ramen Cacio e Pepe, grilled prawns, etc. The desserts and presentations were amazing with flaming Baked Alaska & Chicolate Soufflé as well as the surprise birthday Mango Coconut Panna Cotta. Overall, really enjoyable great restaurant to celebrate at! Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We will be back for sure! From the vibe, the music, the delicious food and amazing service - we overall had a phenomenal experience. Erik our waiter made great recommendations on things I wouldn’t even think to try. He was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the agnolotti, the rose love cake dessert and of course Erik as your server Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to Susu for dinner, and the experience was truly one of a kind. The menu is original and beautifully crafted, making the restaurant a breath of fresh air and a new West Loop gem that I absolutely recommend to everyone. We tried many dishes, and the flavor combinations were unique and special to Susu. Everything was delicious and exciting, but I especially loved the saffron lobster dumplings, potato borek, Australian steak, labne tabat, and coconut mango panna cotta. The chefs are exceptional, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere feels elevated yet cozy. We also had the pleasure of touring the iconic kitchen featured in The Bear, and I was impressed by how professional, beautiful, and clean everything looked. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and I’m grateful to everyone who made our experience feel so special. Looking forward to visiting again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
