After seeing Chorakuji Temple, it may be a good idea to visit this restaurant. Japanese food is nice at this place. Saami offers you to try perfectly cooked sashimi which is very tasty. Clients don't highly appreciate tea at this place.

We had an amazing experience at Saami during a weekend in Kyoto. The building is beautiful and located in a gorgeous park. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. And the food was absolutely amazing. It was our first Kaiseki experience, and every course was delicious. We went for lunch, and it was the perfect amount of food. We had our own room, which was nice because we could talk about some of the crazy (but always tasty!) food. I would definitely recommend it, and would go back again!
