I really enjoyed the experience. The place is very small but the dishes are huge in taste and umami. This place is définitely an hidden gem. Also owner are very nice and we could enjoy both our dish and conversation. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Go to CAFE DINING SAATCHI, located right next to JR Shioya Station I chose the daily pasta lunch and omelet riceThe daily pasta lunch comes with bread, salad, and a drink for 850 yen. The omelette rice comes with a salad and a drink for only 850 yen, which is a great value. It's huge and delicious. Combined with the nostalgic interior, it's a place where you can relax.
