Not my normal place to grab a Mediterranean food but had to check it out. Place of business was not busy at all. Kinda felt not welcomed as I stated this was my first time coming in. Thought would be a little bit more welcoming. Took a glance at the menu decided on a falafel pita. Let's just say they were stale & flavor was not there. Kinda felt like frozen or they were from the day before. This was a build my own & it was or felt limited to how much I can get on it. As per picture the pita was good and toppings but wasn't something I would go out of my way to order again. What really stood out was the freshness of the ingredients and how well everything was seasoned. The shawarma was tender and perfectly spiced, while the hummus was creamy with a rich, authentic taste. Sababa rivals Agape in quality, and I’d even go as far as to say it might be better in terms of flavor and overall dining experience. If you're a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, Sababa is a must-try.
