Serving healthy southern Italian cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood and vegetables, the restaurant features an open kitchen, an impressive walk-in wine cellar, a private dining room, and a Raw Bar offering organic crudo vegetables and fresh mozzarella.

The extensive wine list focuses on Italian blends and locally grown varietals. A full selection of Italian aperitifs, digestives, and hand-crafted cocktails is also offered, including seasonal fruit pulp prosecco, barrel-aged Negroni, homemade spritzers, and outstanding Italian coffees.

Complementing the cuisine, the bar offers Mediterranean-inspired cocktails and spritzes, with a wine cellar housing over 300 labels of the finest selection of Italian wine and prosecco as well as international wines.

Everything about our meal at Sabia was fantastic. The food was exceptionally fresh and absolutely delicious—you can really taste the quality in every dish. A huge thank you to Cecilia and Javier for taking such great care of us; they were both so hospitable and made us feel right at home. Excellent Italian restaurant in the One & Only Portonovi. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely with a great fit out, large bar and plenty of space around the tables. We ate here on a couple of occasions including the Italian Buffet night which was excellent with live music. The service and quality of the food were also excellent - highly recommended Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
