Super delicious food and super friendly staff. I have been wanting to try this cart for a while and finally stopped on my way back from the airport. The pork and cheese pupusa was recommended when I asked what their favorite was and it did not disappoint. Super cheesy, great griddled crust, and the pork and sauces were so flavorful. I also was gifted a fruit cup of sorts (kind of like an agua Fresca) and it was delicious and refreshing—honestly it was better than any actual agua Fresca I’ve had in PDX Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Pupusas, Pork and Cheese Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Lots of different veggie options for pupusas (squash, beans, peppers, cheese) and other items.

Best kept secret in Portland. Absolutely delicious food, and the owners are incredibly kind and generous. The owner and his wife gave me a cup of the elote soup that was a special the day I went. Fantastic pupusas, got 2 pork and cheese 1 to eat Sat and 1 to eat for dinner on Sunday. The birria taco's are the highlight as always of my trip to Sabor Casero Pupuseria. Can't wait to go back.
