Sabor Jeri is the cheapest restaurant I've found and surprise you, it was the tastiest, well seasoned, perfect meat. It's a small structure, with just 5 tables, it does delivery, depending on the location, it doesn't charge TX for delivery. They do not offer disposable cutlery upon delivery. I felt a lack of charisma in the service, but the taste of the food overcomes this small problem. There are no bathrooms on site. They are renovating. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
