It should be possible to give Sabor Peru an extra star!! Love this staple in the Caldwell community. We love everything we’ve ever had here. All of the steaks are cooked to perfection. The ceviche blew my mind and obviously the chaufa is a go to. Diana is so hospitable and has always made us feel at home to match the homey aesthetic! Wouldn’t recommend any other Peruvian restaurant! Love Love Love this one! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sabor Peru is truly in a league of its own. The food is hands down some of the most flavorful and satisfying in the area. The restaurant offers an intimate yet lively atmosphere, and you’ll leave with a big smile, feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for incredible food and a great vibe.
