The food and service in the restaurant are excellent. However, the separate place that sells lunch boxes may stop serving people who come to order at the cashier. When the customer waits 1 hour after placing an order for a SINGLE mini marmitex, the business loses the purpose of existing. I waited on the sidewalk for 1 hour to be called to receive my order, which cost 16 reais. My time waiting certainly cost a lot more lunch, even on a holiday. Management should only choose to assist via Whatsapp and not provide direct service at the door. There is something poorly designed in the management of requests and priorities.
