Value for money: YES This is Infront of MGR Peries. Food was extremely cheap. I got my breakfast rice for LKR 180. All other short-eats are the same. Food was tasty Place was clean Owner was Super Duper friendly. Great customer service. No fancy foods but it was a lovely experience
