If I could leave negative stars I would. The whole store has a negative vibe. What happened to good customer service? We will never come back to this location. Thx to rude and aggressive attitude from manager Fanny..What a joke! Fanny if you do not like customer service go back to being a greeter at walmart

Don’t come here if you are trying to get something from the Pokemon vending machine. I’ve came here twice now and got lucky the first time. But there is this one worker who constantly checks up on the machine. He was loitering at it because he knows the refresh time. I talked with another in line and he said how the worker always beats him because he knows what time it refreshes at. My first time here, I got lucky with nobody loitering at the machine and managed to snag a couple single packs. But what do you know, this same employee came up behind me and was telling me congrats! To end it all, as I was leaving, I saw him get off his shift and walk to his car. Not to mention, he also was carrying 2 bags. One looked like a regular bag for work, while the other was a tote bag that looked pretty boxy, damn near a couple ETB’s in it! That’s not even it. He got picked up by his Mom in a brand new Lincoln SUV.

Fry's experience(s) at Safeway. -Noticeable decline in friendliness of the staff (particularly self check out staff) and quality of food/soup bar. -Same tired soups day after day, rarely see the Albondigas or Cream of Jalapeño anymore.(Soup bar used to be a big draw, but Tomato, Chicken Noodle and broccoli cheddar all have comparable canned alternatives vs Albondigas adds value/is unique) -No thank you or smile from the staff- particularly evening self check out guy- all stare at me blankly - no offer to take my basket etc. (Male pharmacist however is great). Throw in the demolition derby parking lot, average quality fruit and produce not priced accordingly and it makes for a below par experience. (Note: There's not many alternatives, so this a lesser of evils destination)
