I went in to buy something with 2 gift cards. I went to customer service because what I wanted was in their area. I got told by self checkout to just get in line and ask for the item I wanted. The problem here was I had 2 visa giftcards and one balance wasn't enough to get what I needed and my other card was warped so it wasn't scanning and the guy just said oh well! Well I needed that item and I'm broke from spending all my money buying food. I know they manually type in card that wasn't working and all I needed to cover the balance was $2. I had to walk out because he just said no he doesn't know how. I'm done shopping at this store
