I just wanted to say that Roni is always kind and always goes out of her way to help others. She also treats everyone that they are appreciate for shopping in this store. She creates conversation and has a smile for everyone she encounters. Thank you Roni for being who you are and treating every customer with respect and kindness. We need more of Roni in the todays world.

I stopped in to pick up the 5 for 2 deal on Coca Cola products and a few other items. I couldn't get the scan to work for one of the digital coupon items. When I checked out I told the checker I was struggling with the digital coupon. She proceeded to scan the coke products and I told her they were 5 for 2. She told me no worries, it will take it off at the end. Well, I didn't realize that it didn't until I was home. 40 + minutes away. So I called the store. The girl that answered told me "maybe" a store closer to me could give me a refund. I said "maybe?". I asked if she could refund over the phone and she said she wasn't allowed to do that and proceeded to tell me she would be fired. Her attitude was an I don't really care that you made us aware that you expected to receive a sale price and we screwed it up. I apparently was a bother to her which, yep, made me mad. What is so stinking hard about helping a customer? So apparently I have to drive 20 minutes north to find out that my local Safeway can't refund me or drive 40+minutes south to get the refund. I have very little faith that this chick will forward my message to a manager.
