Excellent customer service. As a visitor from another state, the staff were helpful giving directions. When my family travels we have confidence in the quality of the Safeway groceries.

They've installed "anti-shoplifting gates" that make it difficult to just enter and exit the store, and it's clogged up the entire aisle next to the cash registers it's the stupidest layout for a store I've ever seen. The alarms for going through "the wrong way" on these gates are constantly going off and no one's doing anything anyway. Incredibly hostile to your customers

A fine and standard safeway. Layout isn't very tricky. Small asian ingredient section, but that's par for most Safeway's in Sonoma County.
