This 5 stars are for Amerika, not for Safeway. She was left alone in peak hour as the only cashier, and she handled all customers with kindness, grace and speed. Thank you love, you are valued!

I love my Bollinger Safeway but today's interaction with the bakery person has left me shocked and a sense of loss for the friendliness that I am used to here. Tatyana (or a similar named) person was extremely rude when I had requested to place an order for the cake and even to ask her basic questions was a challenge. I felt unwelcomed and left the store today without ordering. I have ordered my daughter's birthday cake every single year at this store, except this time. This was at 2:30pm 4/17 . Pls bring back the friendly store associates we always had.

This store consistently keeps expired products. I have found milk and bread expired several times. Today was the worst. Went to the bread section and found they had almost 2 month expired ones. This is a serious health hazard and the store manager doesn’t seem to care even after reporting this several times. I would stay away from this store when it comes perishable products.
