Yeah, I can go 5 stars on this one. The restaurant does appear to be clean and well run. The interior is a little bit of a surprise in comparison to the outside. Very nice, clean, comfortable, decorative restaurant. There is a lot of variation in Mediterranean cuisine. I like hummus that leaves me with garlic breath for two hours after I eat it. Theirs is very mild but fresh with good flavors from the chickpeas and tahini. They add a spice blend sprinkle and a little olive oil for a very smooth tasty dip. I really liked the toasted pita for dipping. We had the Koobideh Kabob and a Falafel Wrap. The Koobideh Kabob is two generous skewers of chargrilled ground beef on rice with a fire roasted tomato and a salad. Everything was delicious, even the rice. The Falafel Wrap came with a fresh salad. My wife said the falafels in the wrap were well seasoned. Very good Service. Nice place, that I have added to my list of preferred Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurants in Tulsa Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped in for lunch, not knowing what to expect. I don't typically spend that much for lunch, but we were looking forward to the experience. The food was good. The waiter did a great job handling a full house by herself. Overall, it was a good experience. We will be back. My wife and I had lunch Saffron Mediterranean Cuisine on 31st & Harvard today and it was pretty darn good! We're always looking for low carb options and, with a few tweaks, this worked for us. We walked in just after they opened and were seated immediately. Our server was nice and prompt. The hummus was out of this world! We requested cucumber in place of pita for this and they happily obliged... although they did charge us $2 for them without telling me up front which is annoying. I wanted to try Falafel because I don't remember ever having it before. It was fine but just ended up getting dipped in the hummus! Finally we both ordered the lunch special chicken which tastes just like my wife's uncle makes it. Delicious! We ate the salad and left most of the rice (even though it was really good). It was little pricey for lunch but we technically had two appetizers since I had to try Felafel. Take that away and the $2 they charged me for cucumber and it would be in line with most sit down spots. We would definitely come back!
