We’re sorry our Biryani didn't meet your expectations, but we’re a bit confused by the 'mystery' you’ve described! Comparing our Biryani rice to plain jeera rice is like comparing a slow-cooked roast to a boiled potato. Our rice is prepared using authentic methods—which we explained when you visited—and it definitely isn't just cumin and water. To clarify: We are a fast-food takeaway. Serving food in takeaway containers is generally how the 'takeaway' part works—and hence the presentation which we did mention when you called! We purposely keep nuts out of our recipe. We prefer our Biryani to be enjoyed by everyone, including our many customers with allergies. Safety first, crunch second. Thank you.
