I had a $150 gift card to Departure, which they own. Due to a mix-up on their end, they lost track of the record of this card. I called and was told I would get a call back the next day. That did not happen. I then followed-up with an email, and still no response. How is this not theft?

Sage restaurant "lost" my $150 gift certificate, which it billed my credit card for, and has not been responsive to several email and phone attempts to resolve this and get my gift certificate re-issued.
Really poor service from a purportedly high end restaurant. Would definitely NOT recommend or trust them with credit card information.
