I just want yo jot down a bad experience with Sahar restaurant. On the day of Onam I have ordered a ‘Sadya’ in the morning. The person who took the order took down my name and mobile number. I have told him that I will pick up the parcel at 1:30 pm on my way back home from office. I reached the place well before 1:30pm. There was only one person in the restaurant, when I asked for my food he just said nothing available! All finished. What I want to ask them is why do they book orders if they cannot assume some responsibility? After some argument that person went to the small hotel on the opposite side and brought a parcel from there and gave me. The quality of this food wad very bad! He took BD2.800 from me for that parcel from the other hotel! If they have finished the food they should have shown the courtesy of informing the customer so the customer can look for some alternative arrangement. But these people are so irresponsible and shameless. I will never go to them again and will publicize my bad experience with this restaurant.
