Sahar Restaurant in Al Wizarat is pretty much as middle-of-the-road as it gets. It's fine if you're in the neighborhood and just need a quick, cheap bite, but the food is definitely hit-or-miss. Some items are decent enough for the price, while others come out kind of bland or greasy. The place gets pretty chaotic during peak hours, and the service can be a bit slow and indifferent.
