Tried Saigon 6 for dinner and it was phenomenal. We ordered the chicken banh mi sandwich, beef pho and dumplings. The pho broth was truly amazing, the sandwich bread was nice and crispy with the chicken being cooked perfectly and the dumplings were very tasty. For my pho I was surprised it didn’t come with Hosein sauce or siracha sauce but I didn’t ask for any on my carry out. The whole meal came to $45.00 which is slightly pricey compared to other Vietnamese restaurants but for the taste it was well worth it. Definitely will be coming back! Wonderful food, especially the Saigon dip and taro chips. Taro chip was a nice surprise. It reminded me of the street food my parents didn’t allow me to eat in elementary school days - those are nowhere to be found in my hometown now. They seemed to be having an extra busy evening. When we arrived around 7 on Friday we were seated promptly but nobody attended to us for about 15 minutes. When someone finally came she realized she didn’t have a pencil with her and went to get one, but never came back. It wasn’t for another 6 or 7 minutes until someone else took our order and brought waters. Another thing slightly off was the utensils came with the pho and appetizer and there were no individual plate or bowl until we asked. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Had an okay experience here overall. Choke this place because it was a few mins from our hoteParking was a bit difficult. Mostly street parking, and the garage looked like it might be for residents only, so that was a little confusing. When I walked in, I waited more than a few minutes to be greeted and seated. Eventually, someone came to the front and asked, "Do you need help?" which felt a little odd considering I had been sitting at the entrance waiting to be seated. Service was on the slower side throughout. One thing that stood out was that our entrees came out before the appetizer, which was strange since appetizers (salad rolls) usually come first. The restaurant itself is cute and has a nice bar area, which added to the atmosphere. Portions were decent, and the food was good, but nothing especially memorable. Pretty comparable to other Vietnamese spots I've been to. Not bad, just not something I'd go out of my way to come back for. Service could definitely use some improvement and more training.
