Solid pho, broth is on the sweeter side. Portions are large, they don’t skimp on the broth so the texture of the rice noodles aren’t as starchy like smaller bowls in the ratio of noodles to broth. Stopped by Saigon Quan and had one of the best pho experiences I've had in a long time. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I ordered pho with extra meat, extra vegetables, extra sprouts, extra basil, and extra lime, and they were very generous with the add-ons. It was refreshing to go somewhere that wasn't stingy when you ask for extra herbs and vegetables. The broth was clean and delicious, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything came out exactly as ordered. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. If you enjoy pho and Vietnamese food, I definitely recommend giving Saigon Quan a try. I'll be back.
