Another warm and authentic Vietnamese restaurant with incredibly generous portions, so definitely share with your friends if you cannot eat a lot! There are so many toppings, and everything feels hearty and satisfying. The snails with salted egg yolk sauce are absolutely incredible and highly recommended! If you’re looking for Vietnamese food with a modern twist, then Saigon Things is definitely worth a visit. The menu stays true to traditional Vietnamese flavours while adding creative touches that make each dish feel unique and memorable. The standout for me was easily the broken rice pork chop special. The pork chop was massive, cooked beautifully, and glazed with a sweet sauce that balanced the smoky char perfectly. Paired with the pork egg loaf, which was packed with flavour and had an amazing texture, it was an incredibly satisfying dish. The pho was another highlight. Rich, comforting broth paired with tender ingredients already made it excellent, but the addition of the giant bone marrow added both extra depth of flavour and a real wow factor to the presentation. Another must-try is the fried chicken wings. They were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the OG Chili Shrimp Salt seasoning elevated the flavour to another level. Super addictive and easily one of the best side dishes on the menu. Overall, Saigon Things delivers fantastic Vietnamese food with thoughtful modern flair. Great flavours, generous portions, and standout dishes make this place well worth trying. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40
