You will be served Japanese cuisine at this restaurant. Serving fabulous sushi, pho soup and lovely fried chicken is the feature of Saigon Tokyo Bistro. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve terrific beer here. It's nice to try wonderful bubble tea or tasty tea.
You will have warm memories about this place because it is well-known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You may be impressed by great prices at this spot. The comfortable decor and amazing atmosphere let clients feel relaxed here. But Zomato users haven't gave this restaurant a high score.

This place is nothing short of amazing. The people here are the reason I am still here today. My addiction pushed me to do things I never imagined I could. I was different and I hurt a lot of people during that time of my life. I am still not fully recovered but way better when I first started. Thank you to everyone who helped me get through it and are still continuing to do so. Take it from me, this place saved my life and it can do wonders for you too.

This place has now closed. The building is gutted. No new location. So when a business is successful suddenly leaves it's usually because of greed of the shopping center or strip mall that own the property.

Can you say 'PHO?' Pho-Sho!!! This rating was only on the Pho and the few rolls of sushi that we had ordered. As good as it gets! Hubs and I went to Saigon Tokyo Bistro on a busy Saturday afternoon, almost dinner time. We were seated almost immediately. Our waitress was very quick in getting our waters and came back several times only to be sent away because we weren't ready to order. They've got a pretty extensive menu and deciding on what to get for dinner is sometimes a chore...decisions...decisions...but a good indicator is if the patrons close the menu and set them down -- yes, that is a good time to approach the table because the patrons are ready to order! No kidding! You won't have to find a server -- they're right there! But Pho-gedda-bout-it! There's alot of choices on the menu and it's very tough to just pick one or two items to share. So finally, the Hubs and I ordered 3 sushi rolls WITHOUT CREAM CHEESE - whomever thought putting cream cheese in a sushi roll was definitely hungry. For us, cream cheese with fish -- just say 'NO!' The sushi we ordered gets 3 stars -- the fish portions weren't as ample as the one off of San Jose blvd, nor was the rice seasoned (yes, sushi rice is seasoned!). So we've had better. However, hubs and I had a hankering for Pho because it was a little drizzly outside. Who can resist VERY HOT (temperature) broth with a little bit of thinly sliced beef, thin rice noodles, fresh bean sprouts and siracha sauce? Both hubs and I ordered the SMALL BOWLS and it was plenty! The large bowls are slightly larger than your head. The Pho gets 5 stars - Pho Sho! I keep telling the hubs that if I ever come down with a cold/flu, that he should stop by Saigon Tokyo Bistro and get Pho togo! If there's anything that will comfort one when they're feeling a little bit chilled, it's Pho! Don't Pho-get it! There are several teppan tables where the chef's cook in front of you and a sushi bar if you want to get up close to eat sushi.
