Crispy spring rolls and my sister ordered their calamari and it was very good, not chewy. My combo B has pork, Vermicelli, veg, spring rolls n fresh shrimp roll. The pork looked like meatloaf, it was ok but would have been better if it didn't look like chopped meatloaf.

We came in late at night, hungry and in a rush. We ordered spring rolls, Cóm Gá Thõ fried chicken with rice, and Phõ Chay. Let's start with the positive review. -The service was really nice. Our server was great. When i dropped the chopsticks, she gave me 2 sets of chopsticks right away. Other servers were polite as well, and the manager came to each table to check how we doing. -the spring rolls is really good and nice texture finished on the wrapper. It is different than other Vietnamese restaurant. Now, the negative. - the main complain about the food is the Burnt chicken we were given as you can see in the picture. It is burnt and not even close to the one on their menu photo. The chicken obviously had burnt taste, and it was chewy and stringy due to overcooking. It was also bland. We just didnt have the time to complain and wait for the dish to be remake, so we just moved along. -also, washroom is not clean. Probably not often monitored, because there is no paper towel in the dispenser and the garbage bin is broken so a lot of used tissues are on the sides of the garbage. Giving it a 3 stars instead of 2 just because the server is great. The food needs help

I was hesitant to try this place due to the previous reviews and only decided to go since my friend and I were in the area and really wanted Vietnamese food but didn't want to transit further. This is more of a 2.5/5 for me. Heads up, their door is just a huge plank of wood since I'm assuming it shattered LOL. The inside of the restaurant is huge, they even have an upstairs seating but the entire restaurant was like a weird ghost town, my friend and I and one other table were the only people seated that day. Of course they checked our COVID passports and let us sit anywhere since it was so empty. The prices were quite steep for what it was, my friend ordered the Oxtail Pho and she said it was nothing special, it was $18.50 (more expensive than Anh & Chi) and the portion was smaller too. I got the chicken and spring roll rice platter ($17.50) which is ridiculous considering I could get the same thing, even better for $12-14 in East Van. Nevertheless, it was pretty decent, I can say that their spring roll was really big and had lots of meat and shrimp in it which made up for it and the veggies were really fresh. I don't think I will be returning in the future.
