The Dinner City Guide

In a secluded dining room in the heart of Tokyo, Higashi Azabu Saikoh takes shape. While respecting the tradition of Edomae sushi, chef and owner Jun Saito guides the omakase dish by dish at the counter, with a personal and informal conversation throughout the meal. Rare selections and carefully chosen seafood define his direct and creative approach, where technique elevates the product without overdoing it. A well curated wine selection completes the experience. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic sushi experience with excellent wine/sake pairing. We were the only foreigners in our room and received a lot of attention from the chef and sommelier. All the explanations about food and wine were very elaborate and interesting. Just really good food and service. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
