It was a Sunday around 5:30 pm. My husband and I were at 稲毛駅 (Inage Station) on our way home when we noticed this bakery and decided to take a look. We went inside, and the shop felt nice and cozy. Everything looked delicious, so we chose an eight-piece set of エクセルブラン (Excel Bran Rolls) and ロイヤルミルク (Royal Milk Bread) and brought them home for dinner. The エクセルブラン tasted good after toasting. My husband enjoyed his with ketchup and Parmesan cheese, while I had mine with honey and mayonnaise. The ロイヤルミルク, labeled as “スタッフおすすめ No.1 (Staff Recommendation No.1)”, was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It was good, but the flavor felt a little mild for us. I added some condensed milk, and it tasted much better that way. Overall, the taste wasn’t quite as impressive as we expected, but it’s still a nice neighborhood bakery that’s worth checking out.
