I remember when the food here was good but things have fallen apart. The Hannibal location is outstanding. But the Canton location is in need of some attention. No food menu except for 6 sandwiches. The buffet was a huge disappointment. The fried chicken taste like luke warm garbage. It had no seasoning what so ever. Probably the worst fried chicken I have ever had. No seasoning on ANYTHING what so ever. It's like it fell out of a can in to a stainless steel pan and then it was put on the buffet. The lettuce at the salad bar was brown and had to be picked through to find anything decent. The only thing that was good was the fried okra, the ham and bean soup, and the desserts. If I never go back to the Canton location it will be to soon. Go to Hannibal to the Saints Avenue Cafe. And I am sorry to the management and owners for this poor review but everyone at the table felt the same way. I can't possibly be the first person to tell you all this.
