When I was 24 years old, I treated the managing director of a client to sushi for lunch in Nishikawaguchi for work. The squid nigiri completely overturned my idea of sushi. I rarely eat steak, but the Teppanyaki steak I had at the Hilton in Shinjuku was probably the most expensive one I had. This Saizeriya steak turned me on my head.
