Saj is the go to place for a late night clean meal. Their half chicken with rice is absolutely delicious and fulfilling, they also offer meals like shrimp linguine that is soooo yummy. Their hookah is also top tier. Don’t be surprised at how many Paterson cops are there because it’s a local spot so even the police go there to grab a quick bite. The seating is very comfortable and it’s a nice place to bring a big crowd of people. The servers sometimes are hard to get a hold of but I think they’ve improved in that aspect. I love coming here. Oh and the staff ARE SO NICE Dietary restrictions: It has a wide menu so whatever you’re looking for - gluten free, dairy free or vegan it’s available! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a side door with wheelchair accessibility. I had a great experience at Saj Palestine restaurant. Their half chicken and rice is absolutely delicious—some of the best chicken I've had. The customer service is excellent; the staff is friendly and attentive. The hookah is decent, not amazing, but it adds to the overall experience. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
