かれこれ30回は訪問している沖縄で最も好きなお店の一つ、さかえ。直美さん(女将)の人柄の良さと、全く臭みのないヤギ刺し・ヤギ焼き・ヤギ炒めは毎回全種類頼むほど美味しいです。メインを頼んでも来る頃にはお腹いっぱいになってしまうくらい直美さんお手製のおつまみやお菓子(写真にある白いお菓子やピクルスもそう)が沢山出てきます。話を聞きながらオリオンビールや泡盛を飲むと沖縄だなーと実感できます。カウンターに座ると両隣の人と仲良くなれるし一人でも絶対に孤立しないです！アットホームでずーっと続いてほしいなと思える沖縄の名店です。 ※最新の訪問では海ぶどうを頂いたのですが左が養殖(よく見る)で右が天然(滅多に手に入らないそう)で粒が大きい！ヤギと関係ないのですがこういう沖縄らしさが毎回あって楽しいです。 I have visited Sakae 30 times and it is one of my favorite restaurants in Okinawa. Naomi (the proprietress) is very personable, and her goat sashimi, goat roast, and goat stir-fry are so delicious that I order all kinds of dishes every time. Even if you order a main course, you will be so full by the time it arrives that you will be served many of Naomi's homemade snacks and sweets (including the white sweets and pickles shown in the photo). You can really feel that you are in Okinawa when you drink Orion beer or Awamori while listening to her stories. Sitting at the counter, you can get to know the people on both sides of you, and you are never alone! It is a famous Okinawan restaurant that I hope will continue to exist for a long time. On my latest visit, I got umi budou (sea grapes), the one on the left is farmed (often seen) and the one on the right is natural (rarely available) and the grains are big! It has nothing to do with goats, but it is fun to see this Okinawan touch every time I visit.
