I stopped by Sakae Pan in Gifu, a charming local bakery with a wonderful, nostalgic atmosphere. The Yakisoba Pan (Fried Noodle Bread) was a standout—perfectly balanced and very satisfying. I also highly recommend the Curry Pan; the crust was crispy, and the filling was flavorful and savory. It is a fantastic spot for classic Japanese "souzai-pan" (savory breads). The prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the Gifu area! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
