While the quality food was good... It took 180 minutes to get 2 rounds of AYCE sushi during that time... with only 8 other guests in the restaurant... Terrible service time. We got in at 6pm on 9/6/2026 and left at 8:45pm Server Colby was trying his best and was nice but seemed new, and was trying to compensate for the other employees. Their other employee... Josh... was ignoring tables and actually had the nerve to give us attitude at the end. Probably should be fired. Recommend going elsewhere until they get their act together. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I like to start off by saying I am very disappointed in this place, I called to place an order for ramen. They put me on hold for 12 minutes so I hung up to call again and went straight to voicemail. Sent my boyfriend to just place the order in person. They made one noodle order instead of 2 so he had to wait for the other one and was there for about 40 minutes for a simple order. He ordered my roll to be with salmon and they place the salmon in the roll instead of it being normal on the outside. On top of that BOTH our noodles came with NO MEAT! It tasted nasty we ended up just eating the sushi and throwing the soup away. $50 dollars for this nasty meal really ruined our dinner and night. Meal type: Dinner
