Not offering my 2 favorite dishes made me sad ( SNOWCHICKEN and BUTTERED SHRIMP). Please bring them back for dinner. Wife have been there twice and food tasted slightly different - consistency issue? Bigger, brighter and cleaner YES - except that when I reached down to grab a plate (without directly looking), the plate I grabbed had some some food on it! Yuck! Service always good . Price per person: $20–30

I apologized for this news , However, I will require my staff to improve the quality to work to ensure the hygiene of guests. Regarding the Snow Chicken and Butter Shrimp,We serve theses dishes every weekday,, from Monday to Friday as price tend to be higher on the weekends, we have made some enhancement to the dishes offered during that time.
