I recently ate at Sakura in West Jordan, and the food was absolutely outstanding. I had two sushi rolls that were some of the best I’ve ever had. The flavors were fresh, creative, and beautifully prepared. The staff was friendly, and I can definitely see why people enjoy eating here. The only reason I’m not giving a higher rating is because the cleanliness of the restaurant needs attention. The front entrance was noticeably dirty, and the restroom was not well maintained during my visit. Improving those areas would make the overall dining experience match the quality of the food. I would still return for the sushi because it was truly excellent, and I hope this feedback helps. Sakura has amazing food and would be even better with a little more focus on cleanliness. So incredibly good, those 5 star reviews are not a fluke! You get sooo much food in an order Fried rice is perfect, teriyaki sauce perfect, chicken cooked perfectly. Thai tea not overly sweet just how I like it, boba was the best consistency possible! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
