Went with 9 people for my sons birthday, they were beyond rude, rushed not only us but the chef, had 1 chef cater to both tables at same time and only doing the usual tricks for one side of the table. Was never asked if we wanted dessert and when given a #7 birthday candle gave us an issue with not having cake there. I asked for them to put it on ice cream and brought it to the table un lit and left it on table and walked away even my 3 year old complained about them not doing tricks with the eggs or being any kind of interactive with us at all after being charged $49 gratuity, the owner said we did not leave enough tip. Also would not accept visa gift cards as payment. Chicken was so dry I couldn’t even eat it, rice was so burnt every bite was crunchy, shrimp appetizer was forgotten about and brough out after all food. Will never eat here again and do not recommend also this was not my first bad experience here and when brought up to management, they had a “too bad” attitude. We walked into Sakura around 4pm. There was no one in the restaurant. Immediately you could pick up the negative vibe from the hostess and waitress. Our waitress seemed in a sour mood. When my daughter asked if they had Dr Pepper, she just simply shook her head. Didn't have anything to suggest. I ordered a teriyaki meal which came with soup and side salad. Both were good but the beef teriyaki was luke warm and had no flavor to it. Probably will not return here.
