Very disappointed with the service at Salad House Colombo 4. Honestly, the food is good, but the service is extremely poor. Every time I call, the person who answers doesn’t even introduce himself or say it’s Salad House. Instead, he asks “who is speaking?” in a very rude and angry tone. There is absolutely no respect when speaking to customers. Today I ordered just one rice and it took almost 1 hour to prepare. This is unacceptable. Delays happen sometimes, but the attitude and lack of professionalism on the phone make the situation even worse. Dear Salad House management, please seriously look into this issue. Good food alone is not enough if the service is this bad. If this continues, you will definitely lose customers. The place was very serene and had a calming atmosphere. Tried the caesars salad, stir-fried beef salad and skin complexion (unique name!) And I must say the portions of salad are pretty good! We also ordered 3 fresh juice drinks. (I tried the pineapple and mango one) they were all tasty but you may need to ask for the sugar syrup to make it sweet. It adds a nice touch because it caters to health-conscious customers. Would go for a healthy meal option again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Many food choices so it's a good spot for vegetarians. Had a Fresh Orange Juice ( Imported ) from The Salad House. Taste was okay but little bit on watery side. So felt like it is bit expensive for the taste. Atmosphere and the setting was excellent. Meal type: Other Price per person: Rs 1–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
