Came here last minute, after a cancellation form a different restaurant (fu tuktuk). We were able to call and book last minute and they were very accommodating. The food was great, super yummy good portions very lovely food. Really extensive menus with a different style of Indian food, however, there were not very many mild options, everything had at least 2 chilli symbols on the menu. The service was incredible, very attentive and lovely servers. Restaurant and bathroom were clean but the toilet door was very heavy. Overall would recommend. We had a great experience at Salkara. The restaurant serves authentic Kerala food with rich and traditional flavours. The mutton biriyani and fish curry were exceptional and full of taste. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The atmosphere was warm and enjoyable, making it a lovely place to dine with family and friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine Kerala cuisine. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

"Our meal at Salkaara was absolutely fantastic! We started with the Chicken 65—spicy, crispy, and full of flavor—and the Peanut Masala , which was a deliciously unique and crunchy treat. For mains, the Mangalan Chicken Curry was rich, aromatic, and perfectly paired with soft garlic nan and basmati rice which we ordered separate . We ended our meal on a sweet note with the creamy Crème Brûlée and classic Vanilla Ice Cream. The service was attentive and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. A great place for authentic South Indian flavors with a modern twist—highly recommend!".
