As an American, I've always fantasized about coming to Georgia This is a ( oh the country) to experience the cuisine as I've seen history books as a child. From start to finish, nothing is short of amazing! The bread was fresh out of the oven and tomatoes are freshly ripened like you've never experienced. The hospitality is amazing in the surrounding artwork is to die for. The cuisine and presentation are impeccable. Georgian cuisine has literally cultivated my palate and perspective, especially at this establishment. I cannot wait to come back to Salobie Bia! Two thumbs up and five stars!
