I love Sals pizza. I can't even express my love for their pizza.

I personally like the plain cheese one but any pizza is good from there!

The cheese is so gooey when you first get it so eat it while it's still on the plate. Do remember to fold it for easy eating!

The dough is so nice and chewy that I end up eating the crust too!

Visited here with friends for lunch. I've heard about their great pizzas. The place felt small with not a lot of free walking space, but it had a nice design and atmosphere. We decided to get a pepperoni pizza for $28. It felt overpriced, but if you split the bill with friends it's much cheaper. When the pizza came it was very hot. Even the metal dish it was served on was hot. The taste was exactly like a good pepperoni pizza! I got used to the taste after a while. I also felt that the pizza was oily. Maybe it was due to lots of cheese? Overall I ended up enjoying three large slices of pizza :) and had adequate customer service.

How can you go wrong with NY style pizza? I finally took a visit to this location for a quick bite after a show at Vector. Amazing food at a very affordable price. It did make me think how good it would be if I lived close by. I could eat their pizza all day everyday! If you've never been this is a total must do in Auckland. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was awesome. I actually felt as if I was in New York. Will be going back for sure.
