I love Salsa Brava! It's located in a strip mall on Westport Avenue near Stew Leonard's. There are a few small tables for dining in. There's a brisk take out business here. I ordered the birria burrito served with consomme. The meat was delicious and well cooked. We ordered the non-spicy guacamole with homemade tortilla chips that were freshly made. The guacamole was the best I've ever tasted! We shared the flan, which I'm guessing is homemade. It was very good. I will return, the portion sizes are generous, and the food was prepared quickly in a clean space. I highly recommend! I have found that "hole in the wall" places have always served the best food. Salsa Brava provided more evidence that my theory is right. The food was flavorful, filling, and also presented beautifully. The service was top notch. With only two individuals working I still never felt neglected or like I was being ignored. While currently in a small building, I wouldn't be surprised to see this place flourish. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
