No idea why people in the reviews below expected ferry terminal food to be top notch, lol. Its fast food. Two soft tacos are less than $10 and take 5 min to make before a ferry sailing. Salsa Mecican Food is probably the most affordable vendor here and the staff are hard working. I rather eat here than pay $18 for a sandwich elsewhere. This place was good before, but has gone way downhill. First the man at the cash register asked what he could get for me and promptly walked away before I could reply. I turned to the teenager I was with and even they were surprised. Next, we watched the staff mess up the order of the customer in front of us by putting refried beans all over everything even though they specifically asked for no beans. Then the customer said one order of tots was missing only to be told the cashier only charged for one. End of story. Not good customer service. When we finally received our order from a surly staff member, my fish tacos were not made with pico de gallo, nor cole slaw, but rather with cheap, runny jarred salsa from a squeeze bottle and dry cabbage. Ruined. My credit card was charged over $23 for two small fish tacos and one order of chips and salsa. That doesn’t even add up. If you can’t run a taco stand, then don’t.
