A Total Hidden Gem! If you aren't looking for this place, you might miss it since it’s tucked away "in the cut," but man, am I glad we found it! The vibe is incredibly family-oriented and welcoming. It’s the kind of spot where you can just kick back and relax—super casual and low-key. They had movies playing on the TV, and honestly, the atmosphere is so chill that my mom and I got completely sucked into John Wick while we waited! Now, for the food: it is easily some of the best in town. I’m obsessed with their Shrimp Tacos Plate. Here is what you get: Two Shrimp Tacos: Perfectly seasoned and fresh. Yellow Rice: Fluffy and flavorful. Beans: Your choice of black or pinto (both are great). The Extras: Comes with a crisp salad and their pico de gallo, which adds the perfect kick. I gave the atmosphere 5 stars not because of the quality of the interior. Honestly it's a little shabby inside. The 5 star rating comes about because of the ladies who work at salsa fresh, not the digs . When you go into the restaurant it's like you are being invited into their kitchen. They have tomatoes roasting on the grill, someone is quietly singing while they work, and bam --- the food just pops. It's flavorful, tasty, and full of love. I would eat here every day if I could.
