Dear word! Cuenca is having me on a roll! I just have to write ANOTHER fantastic review. I took videos, just let them speak on behalf of the ambiance and vibe. As for the service and lovely ladies running the joint? Just class! Firstly, the food. I ask the owners which was their favorite dish, and it the fried plátanos with cheese. I didn’t know plátanos could taste like that. For 20 years I swore off them from the few times I tried, but Salsa & Verde plátanos!?!?!? Godly. Just absolutely divine. They crunch for about 2 or 3 times and them melt in your mouth. My god... And then the service: these ladies took to my burgeoning Spanish so kindly. Just in fantastic good humor. I am absolutely enamored by this place. Nothing negative to say. I just hope they find a way to have longer hours! And it's closed on Mondays!!! Take care!
