I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food at Salt. our dinner-sized salads were inexpensive and delicious. My Niçoise had a generous amount of delicate halibut and some anchovies for extra flavor. The atmosphere was lively but my husband and I were able to carry on a conversation, which we can't always do in popular, noisy restaurants. And the Alaskan stout was delicious-I have to find out the name of the brewery. Check out the cool font in the backlit sign. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $40–50 Dietary restrictions: This worked for my with a dairy-free, gluten-free dinner salad.
