An absolute must for delicious bbq. Go hungry because the portions are pretty big. If you choose any sides, you must try the Mac n cheese

I ordered sliced brisket and I received extremely dry burned end. The popover was a hard, crispy crouton. I spent over $40, what a waste!!!!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear this. Which location did you order from? Our Euclid location is currently closed and I'd love to get this addressed so this doesn't happen again in the future.

Work dinner at a table for seven and Nyla was fantastic. Friendly and efficient, she took excellent care of us. Drinks were correct, meals were correct, checks were correct. I know that's a waitperson's job but so many of them mess it up. Not tonight! I ordered a plate of the fried pickles for the table. They arrived swiftly, still hot from the fryer. Delicious. A variety of different pickles and included both spears and chips. Those who had never had a fried pickle enjoyed them. Saint Louis is known for ribs and so I ordered ribs. I had high hopes and Salt + Smoke let me down. Maybe it was because dinner was ordered at 7:30 pm on a weeknight so these were the last half rack of ribs they had? They were dry and tough. Not good at all. The green beans and tomato salad on the side was excellent with a nice tangy dressing with crunchy and crisp green beans. The ribs were a disappointment and if I wasn't eating out with coworkers, I'd have sent them back. I did not because I didn't want to be "that guy." This was just not a good plate. Great service and other than the ribs, great food. The brisket looked amazing. The falafel burgers that my two vegan friends had looked good as well. It's nice that Salt + Smoke had something other than salad for the herbivores. But those ribs? Nope. [Review 17052 overall - 121 in Missouri - 568 of 2022.]
