As a local, I have the choice of lots of restaurants in town and I am disappointed that it took me so long to discover this gem which happens to be very close to my house. We came for happy hour and sat at the bar, had great drinks and appetizers. We were so impressed that we returned to have our anniversary dinner there and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Chef always has amazing fresh and creative food. And their baker is equally awesome! I always end up with a new favorite every time I eat here. This week’s tuna crudo appetizer was really special with pickled rhubarb and a little kick is definitely a new favorite. In a tourist town in Maine, sometimes there are ‘standard’ dishes when eating out. But Salt Wharf’s food and cocktails are always consistently excellent! And then on top of it there is the gorgeous view of Camden Harbor from the other side. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
